Gobi (Cauli Flower) Manchurian Gravy


For preparing the batter :

Maida Flour   3/4 Cup
Corn Flour     3 Tbsp
Chilly powder 2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 2Tbsp
Salt as required
Soy Sauce 2Tsp
Water as required

For the Gravy   :

Cauli Flower   1Medium
Garlic 3 Cloves chopped
Onion chopped 1 Medium
Spring Onion bulb chopped 1 samll bundle (Approx 6 bulbs)
Capsicum 1 small Chopped
Chilly sauce 1 1/12 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce  1 1/12 Tbsp
Soy sauce  1 Tbsp
Pepper Crushed 2Tsp
Salt and Oil as required
Corn Flour  2 Tbsp
Water    1 1/2 cup

Preparation :
Wash and boil the gobi florets in salted water in order to remove the impurities and insects. Drain it after some time and keep aside. In a mixing bowl prepare the batter with the sufficient ingredients as listed above. Make it a smooth batter adding required water. Now take the Drained gobi florets and dip it  in the batter and deep fry it till it turns golden brown and crispy outside. Drain the excess oil by spreading them on a kitchen tissue paper.
Heat oil in a kadai. Saute chopped garlic first and eventually add chopped spring onion onion and capsicum. Saute it well. once its done keep the flame on low, and add pepper powder, chilly sauce Tomato Sauce and Soya sauce. Mix it well. Finally add corn flour water. Stirr it and let it boil and turn translucent . Add fried gobi florets and mix well. Switch off the stove. Garnish it with chopped spring onions before serving hot. You can relish it hot with either fried Rice or with roti.
